All protein and vegetable dishes come with 4oz of protein and 1 cup of  vegetables.

All of our dishes are prepared a maximum of 24 hours before you receive them. We use fresh ingredients and spices.  All of our dishes are gluten free, lactose free and non-GMO. Our containers are BPA free, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, freezer safe and reusable.
